WITH MORE THAN FOUR DECADES of training and experience as a professional holistic health practitioner, KG has helped tens of thousands of people from all walks of life to overcome health challenges and realize their goals and dreams.
KG has worked with many celebrities and has been referred to as the, “Aromatherapist to the Stars!” Her clients have included entrepreneurs and top executives, and her advice and services have been used not only by internationally famous celebrities and athletes, but also by individuals, small business owners, spa therapists, hospitals and medical centers.
Blessed to overcome many personal life challenges of her own, KG understands the extraordinary difficulties most people face to live truly satisfying and rewarding lives. She has dedicated her life to helping individuals and organizations to connect with their passion and what they love to make their own unique contribution to the world.
KG has a B.A. degree from University of North Carolina Wilmington Campus in Philosophy with a background in Jungian archetypal psychology, metaphysics and social work. As a visionary and pioneer of metaphysics, KG was introduced to “transformational”healing arts when at Findhorn, Scotland in 1979 and in 1980 completed diploma coursework at Mueller College of Holistic Studies in San Diego and an internship in Ida Rolf’s 10-sessions of structural integration at the Institute of Psycho-structural Balancing. She is a licensed massage therapist in both Oregon #2313 and Hawaii #6351.
After many years of working with plant aromatics (long before essential oils achieved the popular recognition that they enjoy today), KG completed a certification training with her mentor and friend, Sylla Shepherd-Hanger, Founding Director of the Atlantic Institute of Aromatherapy. KG custom formulates aromatherapy products for a variety of health and beauty related treatments in the global marketplace, as well as for clients in her consulting practice.
As a life long learner, KG is continually involved in ongoing professional development, so the list of her training is long and extensive.
She has assisted with the transformation of traditional hospitals to integrated health care systems and is the Oregon (South) Director of the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy (NAHA).
As an aromatherapy consultant and holistic health educator KG has developed training and certification programs for individual clients, the spa industry, schools, health clubs, clinics and hospitals,.
Her aromatherapy certification trainings have included integrative health professionals, doctors, nurses, acupuncturists, hospice care workers, and chiropractors, as well as business owners, students and lay
KG has published hundreds of articles on aromatherapy, complementary health care, energy healing, personal development, consciousness studies, metaphysics and astrology. Her articles have appeared in national and industry trade magazines like Massage Therapy Journal, Massage Today, Breast Cancer Wellness Magazine, Aromatherapy Today (Australia) and NAHA Aromatherapy Journal.
Her best-selling book, The Essential Oils Complete Reference Guide, now in its 5th printing, won a ‘Living Now’ Gold Medal and was a Nautilus and Indie Next Generation Book Award Winner. It is available for purchase on Amazon.com and at other fine book sellers.
KG was the host of ‘Aromatherapy Library,” ‘Conversations to Enlighten and Heal,’ and ‘Transform & Heal Your Life.’ Her guests included internationally renowned thought leaders and experts in consciousness studies including, New York Times best-selling authors, Bruce Lipton PhD, Gregg Braden, Eldon Taylor PhD, Neale Donald Walsch, Judith Orloff MD and many more.

Aromatherapist to the Stars
KG Stiles, the Founder and Formulator of PurePlant Essentials aromatherapy products, specializes in formulating wellness blends. She is a licensed and accredited integrative health specialist with state massage licenses in both Hawaii #6351 and Oregon #2313.
KG has a B.A. from UNC-Wilmington and in 1980 completed diploma coursework at Mueller College of Holistic Studies in San Diego and an internship in Ida Rolf’s 10-sessions of structural integration at the Institute of Psycho-structural Balancing.
KG received Aromatherapy Certification from the Atlantic Institute of Aromatherapy and has advanced training and certification in several energy medicine and metaphysical healing modalities. KG also trained at Emerson College in Forest Row England, a school for Dr. Rudolf Steiner’s Anthroposophical initiatives, including Medicine and Biodynamic Farming.
KG has assisted with integrating aromatherapy and caring touch into a hospital based integrated health care system and presently serves as the Southern Oregon Director for the National Association of Holistic Aromatherapy.
KG has taught aromatherapy certification programs at hospitals and schools, as well as online. She’s trained allopathic and alternative health care professionals, as well as business owners, students and lay people in the use of essential oils for health and well-being.
